1. General

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://www.fanfit.app and participation in the FanFit pre-launch waitlist (the “Service”).

“FanFit” is a brand and application operated by MotioNorth Oy (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing the Service or registering for the waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Purpose of the Service

FanFit is a digital platform under development intended to enable fitness and sports creators to monetise their content and community.

The Service currently operates only as a pre-launch waitlist.
Registration expresses interest only and does not create a right to access, creator status, pricing benefits, or availability of future features.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • be at least 18 years of age; and

  • provide a valid contact address within Finland during the pre-launch phase, if requested.

We may verify eligibility and remove registrations that do not meet these criteria.

4. User Obligations

When using the Service, you agree to:

  • provide accurate, current, and complete information;

  • not provide misleading or false details;

  • not use the Service for unlawful purposes;

  • not interfere with, reverse-engineer, or attempt to exploit the Service or its technical components.

We may suspend or remove access if these obligations are breached.

5. Communications

You may receive:

  • service-related messages (e.g. launch updates, confirmations); and

  • marketing communications only if you have opted in.

You may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

6. Fees and Creator Monetisation

Joining the waitlist is free of charge.

Any future paid services, creator monetisation models, revenue shares, or fees will be governed by separate agreements and/or additional terms presented before use. No payment obligation arises from waitlist registration.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software concepts, trademarks, trade names, designs, and technology related to FanFit (including but not limited to GymViz™) are the exclusive property of MotioNorth Oy or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or rights to such intellectual property.

8. Availability and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during the pre-launch phase.

To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update or modify the Service or these Terms.
Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable manner before they take effect.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.

Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Helsinki, Finland, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

MotioNorth Oy acts as the data controller under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
